We know Louisiana intimately, and love its many destinations and cuisines. We were born in Louisiana and have lived there all our life.
As natives of Louisiana, we grew up in Alexandria in Central Louisiana, and lived in north Louisiana for a period. Later, we lived in the southern part of the state, in Baton Rouge, for decades.
We are not professional crawfishermen, just amateurs that enjoy the great outdoors, traveling the Bayou State, and cooking crawfish! As we travel the state checking out crawfish locations, and restaurants, we like to take photographs.
